Reformer Basic Training    101

Reformer Basic Training 101 is a 4 week introduction to the workings and movements of the Reformer.  You will learn the proper form, moves and transitions for your entry into our Reformer Flow classes.  You will learn the workings of the machine, how to add or decease your tension, sitting, kneeling and standing of the reformer and how to safely get into your feet in straps and hands in straps and get a full body workout.  Its a great way to start your journey to the world of Reformer Pilates.

First session begins  Friday February 16, 23, March 1 at 12:00pm

Second session begins March 15, 22, 29 at 12:00pm

$75 each session
